How to add additional language voices in Windows 10

    Currently, Windows 10 ships with two built in English text-to-speech voices (Microsoft David Desktop and Microsoft Zira Desktop). You can see these by going to Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Speech Recognition -> Text to Speech:

    However, it is possible to add additional voices for non-English languages by installing Windows Language Packs. This is done by following these instructions from Microsoft (see Install a language pack for an existing language):

    These voices will then be available for use in Easy Voice.
